Ask your registrar for a transfer code, called Auth-ID. You can order the transfer from the Webglobe administration. You enter the domain, the transfer code and the domain owner's details. The system will generate a request for payment. Once payment is received, the domain will be transferred almost immediately and you will be able to manage it in the Webglobe administration.
