When the 30-day limit is reached, the company will propose an individual solution to the customer. The service is provided as a customer benefit and is not legally enforceable. It may not be possible to resolve an error in a customer's application by increasing hardware resources. Therefore, the service does not guarantee the functionality of the application. The parameter increase is limited by the configuration of the physical server.
