What do you appreciate most about working with us?

Since the main added value of our smaller agency is the personal approach to our clients, we require the same from our suppliers. This is what we value most about Webglobe. If we have a problem or a specific requirement, there is always a competent person on the other side who tries to really understand our problems and requirements and find the optimal solution. Even one that doesn't fit into standardized menus and tables.

Personal approach, enthusiasm and fairness. It's obvious from the founders and management of Webglobe at the first personal meeting that they really enjoy their work. You follow the latest trends and then offer them to your clients. We also value honesty and fairness in business dealings. It happened several times that a sales representative talked us out of a solution that Webglobe would have made a good profit on, but would not have suited us or was oversized for us.

What specific problem did we help you solve?

Previously, we managed our web hosting services ourselves. We had our own server administrators in the agency and we ran about a thousand websites and about twenty thousand email boxes ourselves. Webglobe helped us to move our old and slowly ending solution under their wings, which eliminated one big black nightmare with "crashing servers". In addition, Webglobe's outsourcing solution is also a cost-saver for us.
